The coffee undergoes Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) processing: 168 hours of anaerobic fermentation at elevation before sun-drying on raised beds. The cup profile features floral notes of magnolia and lavender, tropical fruit, wine-like characteristics reminiscent of red sangria and natural wine, cocoa nibs, craft chocolate, pineapple jam, and a boozy, sweet finish.
