Summary

Ethiopia Shefina is a washed coffee from the Sidama Zone in the Dale woreda, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at Shefina Washing Station. Grown at high elevations in the Great Rift Valley, this coffee consists of heirloom varieties. The cup offers peach tea, jasmine, and white grape notes with bright citrus, nectarine, apricot, and a hint of jackfruit, with a clean, elegant, floral character.
