A decaffeinated specialty coffee from Colombia, produced by Oscar Hernandéz at Los Nogales farm. The Caturra variety is grown at 1800 meters altitude and processed using a natural method. Oscar developed an innovative on-farm decaffeination process using ethyl acetate (EA) derived from coffee cherry husks, preserving the bean quality. Flavour profile includes notes of passion fruit, ginger candy and raspberries. Best suited for filter brewing methods such as V60, Aeropress, and batch brew.
