Summary

A decaffeinated organic single origin coffee from Peru, harvested by the Jumarp cooperative in northern Peru around Jaen and San Ignacio. The coffee is a varietal blend of red Caturra, red Bourbon and Typica grown at altitudes between 1200 and 1800 metres. Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. Medium roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Tasting notes of chestnut, chai and green apple.
