Tanzania Edelweiss Estate Natural coffee from Karatu District, Arusha Region, grown at 1650-1800 masl. Produced by Neel and Kavita Vohora at Edelweiss Estate, a third-generation family farm bordering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Bourbon variety processed using natural method with controlled pre-fermentation and slow drying over 25-26 days. Tasting notes of pineapple and lime with a viscous mouthfeel.
