This naturally processed coffee comes from the SIPRO (Sierra Productora de Café) smallholder association in Amatenango de la Frontera, Chiapas, Mexico. Grown at 1500-1750 masl with Caturra and Mundo Novo varieties. The natural process, where coffee is dried whole in the cherry, builds depth and intensity of flavour, resulting in a fruit-forward cup with notes of orange and raisin and a dense, syrupy texture.
