Brew Bags Costa Rica Juanachute
Summary
A Costa Rican specialty coffee from the Juanachute farm in the Tarrazú region, grown at 1,800 metres. The Villa Sarchi variety undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process: a 120-hour sealed fermentation followed by a further 120 hours with oxygen exposure, then slow sun-drying on raised beds. The cup is rich, sweet and layered, with notes of cane sugar, cherry, dark chocolate, grape, red wine, strawberry and vanilla. Presented as brew bags, each containing 12 g of freshly ground specialty coffee, individually sealed under nitrogen.
