Immersion Coffee Bag – El Indio
Summary
This immersion coffee bag from 7g Roaster contains a single-origin Colombian coffee from Planadas, Tolima, produced by smallholder farmers under the ASOPEP association's El Indio program. The Caturra variety is naturally processed and grown at 1500-2150 meters. It offers a vibrant, wine-like acidity reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc, followed by candied orange and chocolate notes, with a clean, balanced finish. The convenient drip bag allows for easy preparation without additional equipment.
