Grown at 1,300 meters above sea level on volcanic soil with organic farming methods. Processed using the Natural method with 15 days of drying time. Tasting notes include apricot, lychee, and cane sugar with a rich, syrupy body and long finish. Scored 87.5 points. This filter roast is suitable for Chemex, V60, French press, and Moccamaster preparation.
