Sirinya is a single-origin filter coffee from the Chiang Rai region of Thailand, produced by Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai at the family-run Sirinya Farm. The coffee is made from Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor varieties, grown at 1,450 meters above sea level. It undergoes an anaerobic honey processing method, delivering complex fruitiness with notes of nashi pear, elderflower, cardamom, tropical fruits, stone fruit, peach, and apricot. It features a syrupy body, fine fruity acidity, and a score of 90 points.
