Summary
A single-origin filter coffee from Venezuela's Lara region, Humocaro Alto, produced by the Rivero family farm. Grown at 1,550-1,650 meters above sea level on volcanic Andean soils. Varieties include Catuai, Colombia 27, Monte Claro, and Castillo. Washed processed with approximately 20 days of drying on raised beds. Flavor profile features chocolate, nuts, caramel, with citrus acidity, forest fruit, and floral notes. Soft, velvety, and well-balanced body with a clean finish.
