Grown at 1,500-1,700 meters above sea level on nutrient-rich volcanic soils. Varieties include Caturra, Mundo Novo, and Catuai. Washed processed with 15-20 days drying on raised beds. Flavour notes of honey, peach, and tropical fruits with wine-like complexity, zesty citrus and dried fig sweetness. Rainforest Alliance certified, family-run farm.
