Migu Anaerobic Washed (filter)
Summary
A light filter-roast single origin coffee from the Migu Estate in Menglian, Pu'er, Yunnan, China, produced by Li Yiling. The coffee is a blend of Typica and Catimor varieties, grown at 1450-1600 meters above sea level. It undergoes an anaerobic washed processing method: the skin and part of the pulp are mechanically removed, then the beans undergo anaerobic fermentation for 32-48 hours. The cup profile offers citrus fruit, plum, and Ceylon tea notes. Its anaerobic-natural coffee won the China Yunnan Brewer's Cup Competition in 2020.
