Single origin espresso from Costa Rica, produced by Oscar and Francisca Chacón on their family farm Las Lajas in the Poas region of the Central Valley. Grown at 1,500 meters above sea level on volcanic soils with organic methods. This Lima variety coffee is processed using the Black Honey method, resulting in vibrant flavors of passion fruit, mango, and raspberry jam. The coffee received a cupping score of 87.75.
