Kong Que is a washed coffee from Yunnan, China, grown at 1,400-1,600m altitude. The Catimor variety produces a balanced cup with mild acidity, gentle sweetness, and medium body. Flavour notes include yellow fruits, baking spices, black tea, and chocolate. The coffee is produced by small to medium-sized farms in the Xingang area and was a winner of the Yunnan Green Coffee Competition in 2020.
