Summary
A single-origin filter coffee from Yunnan, China, produced by Tang Xiang and Tian Cai in the Gui Ben community in Xishuangbanna. Grown at 1,400–1,630 m elevation on red fertile loam soil. Varieties include Catimor and Typica. Honey processed with 4–5 weeks drying on raised beds. Tasting notes of red grape, orange zest, dark chocolate, grape jelly, kumquat, and cocoa. Scored 86.5.
