Don Martin Niii
Summary
Don Martin NIII is a single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, produced by Don Martin Ureña on his family-run farm at 2000 meters elevation. The coffee is a Red Catuaí variety processed using the 777 Fermentation method – a natural process involving anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by controlled aerobic fermentation, then sun drying on raised beds for up to three weeks. The flavor profile includes notes of milk chocolate, strawberry milkshake, and macadamia. This coffee is roasted as a filter roast to highlight acidity and sweetness.
