Don Martin H17 is a single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, produced by Don Martin Ureña on his family farm. The H17 variety is a hybrid of Caturra and Gesha, grown at 2,000 meters above sea level on volcanic soils with organic farming methods and shade-grown. It undergoes a unique '777 Double Fermentation' processing (a combination of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation). The coffee presents flavour notes of blackberry, peach, and rhubarb, with a cupping score of 88.5.
