Summary
A single origin espresso from Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, produced by Don Martin Ureña on his family-run farm. The Red Catuaí variety undergoes an Anaerobic Natural 777 process, a double fermentation method developed by the producer. Tasting notes include raspberry fudge, mango, and cashew with medium sweetness of dark chocolate, low acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and a nutty finish. Grown at 1,800m on volcanic soils with organic methods. Direct Trade relationship. Score: 88.
