This single origin filter coffee comes from Don Martin Ureña's family-run Finca La Chumeca in Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown at 1,800 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. The Red Catuaí variety undergoes a 777 Double Anaerobic Natural processing method developed by Don Martin himself, combining aerobic and anaerobic fermentation. It has a cupping score of 88 and offers flavour notes of raspberry, mango, and cane sugar, with a creamy and clean mouthfeel and a balanced, long finish.
