Café des Mamas Natural is a filter-roasted single origin coffee from the Nova washing station project in the Gicumbi region of northern Rwanda. Produced by Agnes Mukamushinja and run exclusively by women, this coffee is naturally processed with 7 days of drying. Grown at 1800-2000 meters above sea level on volcanic soils under shade, the Red Bourbon variety offers a fruity profile with notes of blueberry, strawberry jam, and Ceylon tea. The last roast was in 2022.
