Summary
A single-origin coffee from the Bugoyi Washing Station in Rwanda's Western Province, near Lake Kivu. Produced by Baho Coffee in collaboration with local smallholder farmers. The coffee is 100% Red Bourbon variety, washed processed, and grown at 1,500–1,900 meters above sea level on volcanic soils. It offers notes of red currant, orange, and black tea with a fruity, floral profile and lively complexity. Scored 86 points. Suitable for filter brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, French press, and Moccamaster.
