Summary
A rare Geisha lot from the 4Llamas farm in Caranavi, Bolivia, owned and operated by María Sarabia and Andrés Torrico. Grown at 1800m elevation on volcanic soil, this coffee was processed using an experimental Pulse Vacuum Washed method developed by Andrés, involving a 48-hour pulse vacuum fermentation followed by a lactic acid wash stage. The cup profile features complex floral notes of jasmine, sweetness of ripe peaches, and mandarin acidity, with tasting notes of mandarin, nectarine, and jasmine. Scored 90 points.
