Summary
A rare Geisha lot from the 4 Llamas farm in Caranavi, Bolivia, produced by María Sarabia and Andrés Torrico. Grown at 1800 meters above sea level on volcanic soil with organic methods and shade-grown. Processed using a unique Pulse Vacuum Washed method: 48 hours of pulsed vacuum fermentation on whole cherries followed by a lactic wash fermentation in a saline solution with controlled yeasts, then dried for 9-11 days on shaded African beds. Tasting notes include mandarin, nectarine, jasmine, and peach with complex floral sweetness and citrus acidity. Scored 90 points.
