Summary

Brazil, India and Ethiopia · mostly washed and natural lots

Young Cup Coffee is a micro specialty coffee roaster based in Arzignano, Italy, that treats coffee like a playground. Founder Giovanna Dalla Rovere came to coffee sideways — she used to snub it entirely, worked in quality control for years, and then discovered the untapped possibilities in the bean. Today she experiments with roast curves and blends, chasing unexpected aromas and a cup tailored to you. They offer single origins, specialty beans, and blends, plus tastings at their "salotto" — because their mission is to help everyone find a coffee they actually love, without the snobbery. If you're tired of bitter, sad espresso, this might change your tune.
