Summary

Brazil, Colombia and Democratic Republic of Congo · mostly washed and natural lots

Florence-based Caffe Lab has been on a mission since 2015, when it claims to have become Italy's first online specialty coffee shop. They roast every Tuesday and Friday, so beans land fresh, and they keep things interesting with single origins, blends, and a build-your-own coffee configurator for dialing in your preferred aromas. Sustainability and ethical sourcing are part of the pitch, and the team behind it includes roasters, barista trainers, and coffee educators. If you're into exploring Italian specialty coffee from the source, this is a solid stop.
