Aliena Coffee Roasters

Aliena is a specialty coffee roaster in Rome, Italy, founded in September 2021. The team's coffee journey started in Melbourne in 2010, with stints at Allpress and The Barn before returning home. They work exclusively with single-origin beans, handpicked at origin and re-selected at their tasting table. Their roast profiles highlight sweetness and acidity, letting terroir and botanical variety shine—think tropical fruit, not roast notes. For those who love experimentation, their lineup offers complex, unique sensory experiences. It's coffee for curious drinkers, backed by serious craft and a mission to show how much more coffee can be.
