Taste Coffee & More is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe in Treviso, Italy, run by Elisa and Fabio, two baristas who fell in love with specialty coffee, honed their skills at ONA Coffee in Australia, and came home to open their dream spot. They're not shy about competition: Elisa has won Italian Aeropress and Brewers Cup titles, and their menu spans single-origin lots, a 90+ competition line, and gear for brewing. Expect precise, expressive filter coffees—they're big on V60 and alternative methods—plus espresso and moka fare that's far from your average Italian bar.
