Miró Manufactura de Café

Miró Manufactura de Café is a Zurich-based specialty coffee roaster, born in 2013 from a craving for excellent coffee in Switzerland’s biggest city. They roast single-origin beans from places like Colombia, Kenya, and Nicaragua, and offer two subscriptions—filter and espresso—with beans mailed straight to your door. Their coffee also flows through own cafés, a coffee truck, and partner spots across Zurich. The team built a production space with café, store, and training lab in the heart of the city. Their mission? To make outstanding coffee accessible to everyone, from seed to cup. If you like your beans fresh-roasted and your coffee with a side of civic pride, Miró delivers.
