Mlsnacava is a specialty coffee roaster in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, chasing great coffee since 2011. They buy as directly from farmers as they can, and their lineup is always shifting: fresh single-origin coffees from around the world, plus a few year-round espresso blends. The crew are proper coffee geeks—SCA-certified trainers, Q Graders, and all. They run cafes in Banská Bystrica and a weekend spot in Bratislava's Old Market Hall, and their beans ship across Slovakia and Czechia. The name is a playful nod to having a sweet tooth for coffee.
