Ground Roastery is a specialty coffee roaster based in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary, run by Kitti and Beni—two coffee lovers who turned a 2018 obsession into a full-blown roastery. Kitti leads tasting and creative direction while Beni handles roasting, packaging, and design. They offer three distinct lines: Daily Drip for darker, bolder espresso roasts; Flavour Fusion for experimental blends; and Royal Roast for single origin selections from carefully vetted producers. Everything's roasted on an electric machine for consistency and sustainability, packed in recyclable materials, and shipped fresh from their roastery across Hungary. No cafe of their own—yet—but they sell direct to home brewers and wholesale to cafes and offices. Small, passionate, and just getting started.
