Summary
A single origin Arabica coffee from the San Ignacio region of Peru. It is certified organic and Fairtrade. The medium roast offers flavour notes of mild floral aromatics, digestive biscuit sweetness, and a subtle walnut and milk chocolate finish. Cupping notes describe a well-rounded coffee with citric-like acidity, a creamy body, and integrated sweetness and acidity throughout. All coffee beans are traceable directly to the farm and farmer, and are ethically sourced. The coffee is freshly hand roasted to order weekly.
