Papua New Guinea Hai Tambu Coffee
Summary
Hai Tambu Coffee comes from the mountainous Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown at 1,400–1,900 metres from selected lots of small-scale producers. The washed process yields a clean, vibrant cup with lively acidity and generous sweetness, showing juicy blackcurrant and bright mandarin over subtle herbal notes and a touch of caramel. Velvety body and a refreshing finish. Roasted to a medium profile to highlight fruit sweetness and balance. Varieties include Typica and derivatives Tim Tim, Ateng, Onan, Ganjang and S795.
