This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Las Mercedes, located at one of the highest points in the mountains of Tarrazu, Costa Rica. The farm is managed by third-generation farmers Mela Gamboa and Luis Rojas, who select only the brightest red cherries for sweetness and flavor. The coffee is washed processed and patio dried, then medium roasted. Flavor notes include lemon, chocolate, and honey.
