Vero Coffee House is a specialty coffee roaster based in Kaunas, Lithuania, roasting since 2007. From day one they've focused exclusively on specialty beans, learning the craft through seminars and courses before building their own roasting operation. Their lineup leans into single origins from Colombia and Ethiopia, with some seriously fun processing—anaerobic Ethiopias, strawberry co-ferments, mango and passionfruit Colombias.
