Summary
A single-serve drip bag coffee from Peru, Taygeta ANA, washed process. Each drip bag holds freshly ground specialty coffee portioned for one cup, with tasting notes of caramel, lime and apple. Brew by placing the bag over a cup and pouring hot water in three fast full pours to 190-210 ml at 0:00, 0:45 and 1:30, then removing the filter once extraction finishes.

- 0:45Second fast full pour to the edge of the drip bag.
- 1:30Third fast full pour to the edge of the drip bag, then wait until extraction ends.
Open the bag along the seam and spread the handles over the edges of the cup before brewing. Use a timer.
