A limited edition medium roast coffee from the highlands of Corquín, Copán, Honduras. Grown at 1700 meters above sea level, this coffee features varieties Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Ihcafe-90, Lempira, and Parainema. The washed process produces a clean, balanced cup with notes of nutty cacao, earthy black tea, dark red fruit, and a hint of licorice with a sweet finish.
