Summary
TAFERI KELA is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Sidama region, produced at the Taferi Kela processing station in collaboration with smallholder farmers from the Hadicho community. Grown at 1900–2100 meters above sea level, this coffee features varieties 74110 and 74112. It offers a flavour profile of white flowers, peach, black tea and caramel fudge, with a bright, juicy acidity and creamy body. Roasted by The naughty dog for espresso preparation with a medium roast level. Harvested in January 2025.
