Spring Coffee is a limited edition blend from Czech roaster The Naughty Dog, combining two Colombian coffees: El Diviso Peñas Blancas and El Paraiso PO2 from the Tolima region. Both are processed using anaerobic washed fermentation, resulting in a clean, floral, and sweet cup. The flavor profile features notes of caramel, white wine, PEZ candy, jasmine tea, and elderflower tea. It has a medium roast, medium acidity, light body, and a long harmonious aftertaste. The omniroast makes it suitable for both filter and espresso.
