Sumatra Ketambe is a single-origin coffee from the Aceh province of northern Sumatra, Indonesia, cultivated in rainforest highlands. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where whole coffee cherries are dried in the sun, allowing extended contact between beans and fruit to develop flavour. Roasted dark to enhance body and smokiness. Flavour profile includes earthy notes and dark chocolate.
