Honduras Los Encinos
Summary
Single-origin Honduran coffee from producer Santos Ismael López, grown at 1,800 m in Guazpololo, La Paz. The IH90 cultivar is cultivated higher than usual for the variety, giving more sweetness and clarity. Ripe cherries are hand-picked, floated, depulped the same day, fermented for 24 hours and dried slowly on solar beds over 20 days. Washed process with notes of orange blossom and caramelised almond.
