A collaboration between two producers from the highlands of Jinotega, Nicaragua: Servando Evaristo Duarte of Finca La Lapa in Yalí and Lorenzo Efraín Siles Palacios of Finca Los Angeles in San Rafael del Norte. The coffee is fully washed and features varieties Caturra, Pacamara, Maragogype, and Catimor. It offers a rich, wine-like cup with notes of tempranillo grape, stewed nectarine, and dark chocolate.
