This coffee is of the SL9* variety (similar to SL09, with no Gesha genetics), processed by hand-picking at peak ripeness, floating to remove defects, de-pulping on the day of harvest, dry-fermenting for 32 hours, washing, and drying on raised beds at 2,080 masl.
