A washed Gesha coffee from Luis Salas' small 1.5-hectare farm El Paraiso in Pampa Rosario, Cusco, Peru. Planted in 2021 with Gesha seeds sourced directly from Panama, the farm uses fully organic growing practices. The coffee was hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove defects, de-pulped on harvest day, dry-fermented for 36 hours, and dried on raised beds for 20 days. Grown at 2,050 masl.
