Genezard Perez Vista Alegre Sl9
Summary
Genezard Perez's farm Vista Alegre in the Amaybamba region of Peru produces this washed specialty coffee grown at 2,200 masl. The SL9 variety (provisionally named, genetically similar to SL09) was hand-picked at peak ripeness, held in-cherry for 24 hours, floated, de-pulped, dry-fermented for 36 hours, and dried on raised beds for 20 days. The farm's proximity to a nature reserve creates a cool microclimate with outstanding soil health, supporting the production of complex and expressive coffees.
