Hacienda La Esmeralda - Buenos Aires 4nc
Summary
Hacienda La Esmeralda, owned by the Peterson family, is one of the most respected coffee producers in Panama, known for pioneering Panamanian Geisha. This Geisha variety was grown at the Buenos Aires farm in Boquete, Panama at 1674 MASL, processed using natural methods. Cherries were dried for 48 days on raised beds in a climate-controlled drying room. The cup offers delicate florals like jasmine, deep sweetness of juicy red apples and sweet candy, with a silky body, bright malic acidity, and a sparkling lingering finish.
