Summary
El Burro Lot 16 is a natural Geisha coffee from the Lamastus Family Estates in Panama, grown at 1800m elevation in the Potrerillos, Dolega region. The coffee is processed using sun on bastidor/screen and Guardiola rotating driers. In the cup, it presents delicate floral notes of jasmine, sweetness of strawberry, and tropical acidity reminiscent of pineapple. The farm is located within the Volcan Baru National Park, with coffee grown in rich volcanic soils at high elevation. Light roast.
