Rincon
Summary
This coffee comes from the Rincon lot of Finca La Bolsa, a farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, owned by María Elena Vides de Ovalle and her son Renardo Ovalle. The farm was first planted with coffee in 1958 by Dr Jorge Vides. The coffee is a washed process, made from Bourbon and Caturra varieties, and offers flavours of currants, fig, and red apple. It is roasted as an omni roast, suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
