House Blend

Summary

The Ringtons House Blend is a dark roasted blend combining 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta coffees from Colombia (washed), Brazil (natural), and Uganda (natural). It features tasting notes of cocoa, liquorice, and spice with a smooth body. The Colombian component comes from the Racafe cooperative in Huila (1,320-1,950 masl), the Brazilian from Coomap cooperative in Paraguaçu, South Minas Gerais (800-1,100 masl, varieties Mundo Novo, Bourbon, Catuai), and the Ugandan Robusta from Kyagalanyi Coffee Ltd. in Masaka/Wakiso Central Uganda (1,200-1,400 masl). Suitable for espresso and filter brewing.
