Summary
A single origin light roast from El Cuarenteño, a rural farming community in the foothills of Sierra de San Juan, Nayarit, Mexico. Produced by the 33 members of BASILIO (Basilio de Dios del Cuarenteño) and processed using the washed method at the Sandia Wet Mill. Grown at 1020 masl in rich volcanic soil. A mix of varietals including Catuai, Caturra, Typica, Mundo Novo, Costa Rica, and Oro Azteca. The cup is sweet and creamy with notes of white peach, sugar snap, and caramel sauce.
